| Preparation - Par Baked Frozen Product |

NY Bagels has adopted modern day food technology to product a product
that offers flexibility and economy. Par Baked bagels allow the end-user
to "bake off" the product in their ovens, be it a kitchen or a
commercial oven. Our par baked bagels are produced in the same authentic
method, including boiling, but are baked for a shorter period of time
than our fully baked bagels. They are then frozen.
All one has to do is thaw the product (approximately 30 minutes at
ambient temperatures) and "bake-off" the bagels at 200 degrees for a few
minutes until the top of the bagel turns a golden brown.
This process allows the end user to present a quality, freshly baked
aromatic product with the taste and texture of an oven-fresh bagel.
Ideal for cafes, catering, bakeries, hospitals, hotels, indeed a
multitude of opportunities with the added bonus of economy.....baking
only the number of bagels required for whatever the occasion.

NY Bagels offers a range of fully baked product. Aside from the
flexibility of only having to use the number of bagels required, end
user is able to offer a fresh, tasty product.
Ideal to microwave for 30 seconds or toasting for a minute of two.
