Boiled and baked for a full 18 hours to lock in their unique flavour, these products are so easy and quick to use. We can deliver fresh bagels each day, and you can also use our frozen par bake alternatives if you prefer. Your catering team will love how they thaw so quickly and are then ready to use whenever needed.

Using high protein Australian flour, and local and imported ingredients such as Tasmanian poppy seeds or WA blueberries, we offer a wide range of traditional, savoury, fruit and dessert style choices. We also cater for gluten free requirements. Of course, our quarter of a century of bagel production here in Melbourne is in an independently audited HACCP food safety accredited environment.
