Fresh bagels are delivered in specially designed NY Bagel bags of strong, food grade quality.

Bagels are an excellent product for freezing. Just thaw and present as a quality product for all occasions.
 
 
Frozen Fully Baked / Par Bake :
 
Par baked allows you to combine the aroma of a freshly baked bagel with the economy of baking bagels to suit your daily (hourly, in some cases) needs.

A corrugated cardboard carton lined with a plastic wrap is used to distribute our frozen products. A special panel clearly highlights the variety inside.

Retail Packaging
 
NY Bagels offers a range of packaged bagels for the specialist and gourmet retailer. Now your customers can take home their favourite bagels in a convenient package. Four 120gm bagels come packaged in an attractive, eye-catching clear plastic bag perfect for shelf display in your bakery products section or as an end display.
Nutritional and ingredients information are prominently displayed and bar code labeled for POS scanning. Current varieties include Plain, Cinnamon & Raisin and Blueberry varieties.
 
 
Par Baked Product
 
NY Bagels has adopted modern day food technology to product a product that offers flexibility and economy. Par Baked bagels allow the end-user to "bake off" the product in their ovens, be it a kitchen or a commercial oven. Our par baked bagels are produced in the same authentic method, including boiling, but are baked for a shorter period of time than our fully baked bagels. They are then frozen.

All one has to do is thaw the product (approximately 30 minutes at ambient temperatures) and "bake-off" the bagels at 200 degrees for a few minutes until the top of the bagel turns a golden brown. This process allows the end user to present a quality, freshly baked aromatic product with the taste and texture of an oven-fresh bagel. Ideal for cafes, catering, bakeries, hospitals, hotels, indeed a multitude of opportunities with the added bonus of economy...baking only the number of bagels required for whatever the occasion.  
 
 
Fully Baked Frozen Product 
 
NY Bagels offers a range of fully baked product. Aside from the flexibility of only having to use the number of bagels required, end user is able to offer a fresh, tasty product.

Ideal to microwave for 30 seconds or toasting for a minute of two.
